SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free standard shipping is available to all addresses within the continental United States.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 business days after processing.
Happy Builders Kids is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with all parts included. Defective items are replaced at no cost. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
WARRANTY
All products include a 1-year warranty covering motor, battery, tracks, and structural components. Replacement parts are shipped free within the US. For warranty claims, email info@happybuilders.co with a photo or video of the issue.
SAFETY AND SUPERVISION
Our products are designed for children aged 1-5 years, with a maximum rider weight of 66 lbs (30 kg). Adult supervision is required at all times during use. The parent remote control should be used for children under age 3. Happy Builders Kids is not liable for injuries resulting from unsupervised use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
