Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your excavator within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:
- Item must be in its original packaging
- All parts and accessories must be included
- Item must not show signs of excessive wear

How to Return:
1. Email info@happybuilders.co with your order number
2. We send a prepaid return label
3. Pack and drop off
4. Refund processed in 5-7 business days

Defective items are replaced immediately — no return needed. Just email us with a photo.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
