Return & Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your excavator within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Item must be in its original packaging. All parts and accessories must be included. Item must not show signs of excessive wear or damage beyond normal testing.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at info@happybuilders.co with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier.
4. Your refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your excavator has a manufacturing defect, we'll send a replacement immediately — no return needed. Just email us with a photo or video of the issue.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
